GS-Hypo cement if they are small beads (it has a very fine  
munchikins
point) or gem-tac - both dry clear

There are lots of craft glues that dry clear. Check at your  
SPEEDY
local craft store.

Try a glue gun on another piece of glass to see if it works on  
12 pack
glass. I haven't tried it, but I think it would work well and hold better

for tiny glass beads use basic elmers.

For larger beads or detailed work tweezers and super glue would work
